Why GuardWell Home exists
Most water damage to a house does not start with a flood. It starts with a downspout that dumps rain two feet from the foundation, year after year, until the soil gives and the basement wall starts to weep.
The fix is not complicated. It is a piece of hardware that moves water away from the house. What was complicated was finding one that fit properly, survived a winter outside, and did not need a contractor and a Saturday to install.
So we sourced one. That is the whole business.
What we sell
One product, done properly. FoundationGuard is a flexible downspout extension molded from thickened PE, so it bends around whatever is in the way and springs back without creasing. It extends to 4.92 ft (1.5 m), joints included. It ships with adapters for both 2 in. x 3 in. and 3 in. x 4 in. downspouts and a bag of screws to lock the adapter in place.
We would rather sell one thing that works than a catalog of things that mostly do.
How we operate
We are a direct-to-consumer brand working with overseas manufacturing partners who ship straight to you. That is why the price is what it is, and it is also why delivery takes weeks rather than days. Our Shipping Policy puts the real window up front rather than burying it, because a customer who knows what to expect is not a customer filing a chargeback.
